On June 27, at Tencent's Game Conference Spark 2022, the battle royale handheld game Game For Peace announced that it would deploy a massive content update on June 29. The new version will feature a new game mode, maps, vehicles, and a collaboration project related to Chinese space technology.
After this update, players will travel in the new AG600 aircraft, a large amphibious aircraft powered by four WJ-6 turboprops, to the battlefield. The AG600 is one of the largest flying boats with a 53.5 t MTOW; this new aircraft in Game For Peace is also related to Chinese Space Technology.

The update will also add a brand new map, Science Paradise, to the game. This location acts as the birthplace of many mysterious technologies from the backstory of the game, and the Tencent LightSpeed Studio has added several different kinds of new equipment to the map to enrich the players' "science" playing experience, including an electromagnetic cannon that can launch the player out to restart the jump, and a spherical sci-fi style vehicle that can be found near the experiment labs.

To celebrate Game For Peace being chosen for the Asian Games esports program, LightSpeed Studio has also made a new creation mode. From the trailer, players can customize buildings on the map, adjust the terrain and set up different linked machines. This may be the same game mode as the Asian Games version, but with more freedom on map customization.

At the end of the trailer, there is also a game character in an astronaut suit who came out from the near-Earth space station. Although LightSpeed did not elaborate, this is undoubtedly the second future project of Game For Peace and the Chinese Space Technologies’ collaboration.
