JunHai Games Fined 96,915 USD For Fraudulently Using Another Company's Game License

Recently, ChengZong Technology Co. has sued JunHai Games, claiming that the defendant's mobile MMORPG The Legend of Taigu has fraudulently used the game license that the State Administration of Radio, film and TV issued to ChengZong Tech’s mobile game Fantasized Blade. In addition, ChengZong stated that JunHai Games took the initiative to expand its own interests despite knowingly causing financial losses to ChengZong Tech and is prepared to claim 149,200 USD from JunHai Games. The court sided with ChengZong Technology, finding that infringement had occurred and determining the amount of compensation according to the revenue details provided and finally asked the defendants to compensate ChengZong Technology Co. 96,915 USD.
