Square Enix has announced that a free demo for The DioField Chronicle (PS5 / Xbox Series X / PS4 / Xbox One / Nintendo Switch/ PC) is now live. The game is set for a September 22 official launch (the PC version will be released on September 23).
The DioField Chronicle is a "real-time tactical battle" game set in a medieval fantasy world where a band of elite mercenaries calling themselves Blue Fox arise amidst the chaos. The demo includes the first five episodes of the first chapter, from the prologue, which depicts the story’s beginning, to the bandit fight involving the three main characters. Any progress made in the demo can be carried over to the full version.
