HoYoverse announced the start of a new collaboration today between Genshin Impact and a Chinese online-shopping app called Dewu (Poizon). During the collab, there will be limited edition shoe boxes styled after Genshin Impact and in-game item gift packs for players that attend the event.
The collab event will be held in Poizon's app, and players need to download the app and search for Genshin Impact to enter the event page. After completing a number of quests, including signing in, posting photos, etc., players will receive the in-game item gift packs and the right to win a custom shoe box in the giveaway. Each user will be able to draw three times upon entering the collab event page and will receive the next three draws after completing the quests. The collab runs from today until September 28th.
Poizon is an online shopping company that supports anti-counterfeiting and online authentication for basketball shoes and streetwear fashion. This collaboration is likely due to the fact that there is a large number of teenage basketball shoe collectors among Genshin players in China.
