Electronic Arts just issued a major announcement today (November 1) that, it will be a collab with Marvel Entertainment to develop a series of games for consoles and PC.

It seems that the collaboration between EA and Marvel will be a long-term deal.
According to EA, the multi-title collaboration will contain three new action adventure games, with the first title in development being a single-player, third-person, action adventure Iron Man game by Motive Studios.
In addition, EA mentioned in their announcement that "Each of these games will be their own original stories set in the Marvel universe" which "taps into the rich history of the character".
