Tencent released its Q1 2023 financial report on May 17, showing a YoY revenue growth of 11% to 149.99 billion CNY and a YoY net profit growth of 10% to 28.54 billion CNY.
Under non-IFRS, the net profit reached 32.54 billion CNY, up 27% YoY. The report revealed that Tencent's Q1 value-added service revenue was 79.337 billion CNY, up 9% YoY, with international gaming revenue reaching 13.2 billion CNY, up 25% YoY, domestic gaming revenue reaching 35.1 billion CNY, up 6% YoY, and social network revenue reaching 31 billion CNY, up 6% YoY.
