The Richman games are casual computer board games originally designed in 1989, where several players build houses on a virtual map and collect rent from others until they go bankrupt, similar to Monopoly. Winning the CCMG Mobile Game Award in 2013, Richman 4 is considered a classic since it was the first time the series used a 2.5D perspective, added character soundtracks, and introduced lottery mechanics, which influenced the later series.
Sword & Fairy, another favorite game series among Chinese players
Recently, SOFTSTAR Entertainment, which also develops game series like Sword & Fairy (仙剑奇侠传) and Xuan-Yuan Sword (轩辕剑), has chosen the Richman universe to design its first NFTs (Non-fungible Token) called Richman Heroes.
