Today, TapTap posted its 2021 annual report, which shows over 510,000,000 copies of games distributed on the platform.
The report shows other interesting statistics as well; five games on the platform reached 10 million downloads: Sausage Man, Genshin Impact, Sky: Children of the Light, Soul Knight, and Arknights.
These games also attract young people into cloud gaming. Over 9 million users have tried TapTap’s game streaming services, and 62.1% of them are 20 or younger.
Though many believe that the Buy-to-Play model is not popular in China’s mobile App market, the report shows that over 6 million B2P game copies have been sold on TapTap, and the top seller’s download value reached 1.2 million.
