According to the announcement, this mod competition will start on December 2 and through December 8. The competition will line up with Steam Workshop, which means that every mod author will have to create and submit their mod via Steam Workshop.
The final result will be based on public voting to ensure fairness.
The submission period starts October 10 and goes through November 30, and the public voting period will be from December 2 to December 8.
