Blizzard Entertainment and KFC have teamed up to give away Diablo IV beta access codes. The promo involves purchasing KFC's notorious "Double Down" chicken sandwich, which consists of buns made of fried chicken, at a local KFC restaurant in exchange for a beta code for the highly anticipated game.

Blizzard has a history of running big and ridiculous promos for Diablo IV, including covering a real-life baroque church with big demon murals. The beta code received from the KFC promo is the same as the pre-order beta code, but the KFC promo ends on March 18.
The game's open beta will take place in two blocks: for pre-orders from March 17 to the 19, and then for everyone from March 24 through the 26.
Diablo IV is set to launch on June 6, 2023, across Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5.
