Nintendo has subpoenaed Discord to reveal the identity of a user responsible for leaking content from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom artbook, which is set to come with the collector's edition of the game.

The subpoena was filed on April 4 and seeks to force Discord to disclose the identity of a user called Julien#2743, who allegedly posted infringing content on a fan-run Discord server. Nintendo traced the leak to this server and demanded that all copyrighted material be removed, as well as requesting that the entire server be taken down.

This is not the first time Nintendo has gone after internet users for leaks, having previously sued over a Pokémon Sword and Shield leak in 2019 that spread from 4chan to Discord. That case was eventually settled with a 150,000 USD penalty.
