Last month, it was announced that prices would be increasing in most markets, with the exception of Norway, Chile, Denmark, Switzerland, and Saudi Arabia, starting from July 6.

The monthly cost of an Xbox Game Pass subscription for console will be raised from 9.99 to 10.99 USD (7.99 to 8.99 GBP / 9.99 to 10.99 EUR).

Additionally, the price of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will increase from 14.99 per month to 16.99 USD (10.99 to 12.99 GBP / 12.99 to 14.99 EUR).

However, there will be no changes to the pricing of the PC Game Pass at this time.

For console players who wish to take advantage of the current pricing, Xbox allows users to stack up to 36 months of prepaid Game Pass Ultimate membership on their account.

Furthermore, Microsoft will be raising the price of the Xbox Series X console in most countries, except for the US, Japan, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia, starting from next month.

Beginning on August 1, the Xbox Series X will cost 479.99 GBP in the UK, 549.99 EUR across most European markets, 649.99 USD in Canada, and 799.99 USD in Australia.

Kari Perez, Microsoft's head of gaming communications, explained that the price adjustments were made to reflect the competitive conditions in each market.

In addition, Microsoft has confirmed the upcoming titles that will be added to Xbox Game Pass, including Grand Theft Auto 5, Exoprimal, The Cave, and Techtonica.
