Light Video officially announced that the app will stop operation on June 30th “due to the adjustment in company direction”.

Light Video is a short video platform that focuses on anime, games, and Chinese cultures, and supports videos about dancing, music, food, etc, that last within one minute.
The app was launched in December 2018. It was initially set to challenge ByteDance’s Douyin (TikTok)
