Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA) announced on July 1 that general admission tickets for "Tokyo Game Show 2022" (TGS2022), scheduled to be held from September 15 to 18 at Makuhari Messe, will go on sale from 12 PM on July 9.

It was the first TGS in three years. Due to the pandemic, the number of visitors is limited, and the maximum number of tickets available for sale depends on the event's date. General visitors will be admitted from the afternoon of the second Business Day.
Afternoon tickets are available for the public on September 17 and 18. "TGS Supporters Club Tickets" will also be available. To contain the virus spread, all preschoolers, including infants and children, are not allowed to enter even if a guardian accompanies them.
Tickets will only be available through online booking, and no ticket is to be sold during the event. More ticket information can be found on the official website on July 6.
