It was announced at the Kirby 30th Anniversary Music Fest on August 11 that a Blu-ray box set of Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, the anime series based on Nintendo’s Kirby franchise, would be released this winter.

The anime follows Kirby, who possesses the ability to take on new magical powers temporarily by sucking up their owners. Kirby crash-lands on a planet called Popstar and quickly befriends two yellow-skinned siblings named Tiff and Tuff. Over the course of the series, Kirby and his friends fight to bring down the evil emperor Nightmare.
The Blu-ray box will contain all 100 episodes, and the video will be remastered in full HD. More details will be announced later.
