At Ubisoft Forward 2022 on September 11, Ubisoft announced multiple new Assassin’s Creed ongoing projects, setting the series in Asia this time.
There are two confirmed projects to take place in East Asia, codenamed Red and Jade. According to the intelligence, Codename Red will be set in feudal Japan, while Codename Jade will be based in ancient China.

According to Ubisoft, Codename Red is going to join the team of the many new Assassin’s Creed games that will live under the Assassin’s Creed: Infinity umbrella, while Codename Jade will be launched on mobile.
Both projects have not announced an official ETA yet.
