vhas announced that the classic arcade shooter Castle Shikigami 2 will be available for Nintendo Switch on April 13, 2023, for 3,980 yen (30 USD). The game was first released in 2003 on the Sega NAOMI arcade system and has since been ported to the Dreamcast, PS2, GameCube, Xbox, and Windows PC.

The Nintendo Switch version is basically the same as the PC version released in December 2021. In addition to the Arcade Mode, two more modes have been introduced: a new Entry Mode, which makes it even harder for experienced players to beat the game, and a Dramatic Change Mode, which allows one player to swap between characters and enjoy the story in co-op mode.
