Square Enix is raising employee base pay as of April 2023!
Permanent employees will see an average increase of 10%, and new-graduate hires will get an average rise of 27% in starting salaries. The company believes in a safe and creative working environment for sustainable growth and wants to keep employees focused on creating fascinating content while enhancing talent acquisition.
The increases will take effect on April 1, 2023, for Square Enix in Japan.
