Top Global Revenues for Chinese Mobile Game Companies in March, according to Sensor Tower

As Genshin Impact launched its 2.6 update and new five-star characters, miHoYo's revenue worldwide has increased by 18% compared to last month, according to Sensor Tower's monthly report.

The top three Chinese mobile game publishers that earned the highest revenues in March are Tencent, NetEase, and miHoYo.

38 Chinese game companies have made the list of Top 100 mobile game revenues worldwide, and they earned a total of 2.22 billion USD, accounting for 40.2% of the top 100 mobile game companies worldwide.

37 Games' revenue was primarily contributed by the excellent performance of Song of the Cloud City in South Korea, where its revenue increased by 11% month over month. The game's revenue also rose by 27% month over month in Japan.

Leiting has climbed three ranks on the top 30 list and reached tenth because of Yi Nian Xiao Yao's month-over-month revenue increase that reached 23%. It is the highest revenue one year after the game's debut. Besides this, the company's Ask Tao saw its revenue grow by 62% compared to last month.

Driven by the new Charlotte skin release, Honor of Kings' revenue grew by 20% having a second revenue peak since June 2021.

As Fantasy Westward Journey's seventh anniversary is coming, the NetEase game also saw its revenue grow by 31% month over month.

The revenues of Ocean Fortune and JJ Doudizhu have also increased by 29% and 59% month on month, respectively.
