Three matches were held yesterday in the KPL Summer Split, where eStarPro beat WE 3:2 in Group S, AG defeated RW 3:1 in Group A, and KSG took down EDG.M 3:2 in Group B. After the loss to eStarPro, WE dropped to Group A.
In game one of the match between eStarPro and WE, the First Blood took place when eStarPro killed WE’s Xi Shi. In the mid-game, eStarPro Huahai achieved a double kill. Afterward, eStarPro’s Mai Shiranui achieved a triple kill, helping eStarPro secure victory in this round.
eStarPro Ziyang earned the MVP Award for game one of the match.
In game two, WE bounced back with the excellent performance of Xuanying. Then, WE outperformed eStarPro in game three. However, the fourth game saw eStarPro destroy WE’s base at 12 minutes.
In the decisive last game, in the mid-game, eStarPro Huahai achieved a quadra kill. Then, eStarPro aced WE and, in the end, eStarPro successfully destroyed WE’s nexus.
Between AG and RW, AG took the win in game one of the match. Then, RW bounced back. In game three, AG stood out. AG continued their momentum in game four and won the match 3:1.
Between KSG and EDG.M, EDG.M won the first and second games, but KSG bounced back in games three and four. Then, in the decisive last game, with the leadership of Aze, KSG stood out and took the win in the match.
