Chinese team PSG.LGD recently got penalized by Valve for not reporting a COVID-19 caseat Ti 11.
A few days ago, PSG.LGD's general manager, Pan Fei, was tested positive for COVID-19 and started self-quarantine immediately.

However, per the organization's explanation on Weibo, Pan Fei was not included in the officially registered party of eight. Therefore, PSG.LGD failed to report the manager's COVID case to Valve in time.
As a result, Valve will penalize PSG.LGD during the team’s group stage games on October 17.
The penalties will be break into two major parts:
- For the series against Royal Never Give Up, PSG.LGD will lose priority selection for Radiant or Dire.
- For the series against BOOM Esports and Gaimin Gladiators, PSG.LGD will lose their reserve draft time.
Both terms will enact immediately.
In addition, the organization assured that everyone in the team involved in Ti 11 will continue to test negative for COVID.
