Top Global Revenues of Chinese Mobile Game Companies in July

According to Sensor Tower, thirty-nine Chinese mobile game companies entered the Top 100 list of global mobile game revenues in July. They received a total of 2.03 billion USD, accounting for 38.1% of the total income from the Top 100 companies globally.

Tencent Games saw its revenue increase by 6% month-to-month due to Game for Peace's new season SS19. The game saw a 23% increase in revenue month-to-month. Tencent also received success in revenue as it released LoL Esports Manager on July 20th.

NetEase's Knives Out launched promotional events in Japan, boosting its income largely. Meanwhile, on July 25th, Diablo Immortal was launched in China and the game ranked Top 3 on iOS in China. These two games' excellent performances drove NetEase's revenue to grow by 6.8% month-to-month in July.

Other impressive titles that saw their revenue increase significantly were IM30's Last Fortress: Underground and Leiting Games' new release in July Aobi island: Dreamland. Last Fortress: Underground's revenue rose by 30% month to month, and Leiting Games' revenue increased by 16.8% month-to-month.

Because of the revenue increase of the Japanese versions of Blue Archive and Arknights, Yostar Games' revenue also increased by 72% month-on-month, climbing eight ranks to 12th place.
