Three matches were held yesterday in the Group Stage of the 2022 Honor of Kings Challenger Cup, where WB beat Wz in a nail-biting match 2:1, EDG.M swept TY 2:0, and TCG took down YYG 2:0.

In the match between WB and Wz, in the mid-game, Wz was leading in gold by 6k, but WB got back to form soon after that. In the final decisive fight, Wz's Miyamoto Musashi cooperated with Meng Ya to deal high damage, killing four champions while losing one and destroying a base tower. WB had only one champion left to defend, allowing Wz to destroy the nexus.

In game three, initially, Wz Wuji was killed by WB Huajuan in a 1v1. But WB made some mistakes leading to some back and forth between the teams.

The two sides fought fiercely in a team fight at 17 minutes when WB Huajuan on Shen Mengxi played a key role in ensuring WB came out ahead.

In the final team fight at 28 minutes, WB Huajuan helped his team ace Wz while losing two champions, allowing WB to take the win in both the game and the match.

Between EDG.M and TY, EDG.M secured a victory within 12 minutes in round one. In round two, they didn’t give much of a chance to their opponent and, in the end, swept TY 2:0.

Between TCG and YYG, the first game was very close, but TCG won. In game two, despite YYG substituting their support player, they failed to stop TCG’s pace and, in the end, lost the match 0:2.
