Honor of Kings Challenger Cup: GK Defeated KSG 4:1 in the Playoffs

The match between GK and KSG was held yesterday in the Playoffs for the 2022 Honor of Kings Challenger Cup. In the end, after five rounds of fierce battles, GK swept KSG 4:1 and entered the semifinals.

In game three, at six minutes, a pivotal moment took place when GK’s King of Lan Ling attacked Ying Zheng from behind and helped GK destroy a tower in the mid-lane. Following that, despite KSG hitting back by killing Gongsun Li in a 1v1, they failed to stop GK in the decisive last team fight, in which GK aced KSG. After winning this team fight, GK secured a victory in this round.

In the fourth game, KSG built a considerable advantage in the top lane and secured a quick victory within 13 minutes.

But in the fifth game, KSG failed to prevent GK’s growing advantage in the mid-game and, in the end, lost the match 1:4.
