KPL Spring 2023: KSG Defeated XYG 3:2, WE Took Down LGD 3:2

Three matches were held yesterday in the KPL Spring Split, where KSG defeated XYG 3:2, WE took Down LGD 3:2, and MTG beat VG 3:0.

In game one of the match between KSG and XYG, KSG secured the First Blood by killing Wang Zhaojun near the river. At 12 minutes, XYG won a crucial team fight and destroyed a mid-lane tower. In the closing moments, XYG invaded KSG’s base and aced them, winning the first round.

However, in the second round, at 11 minutes, KSG’s Mengqi attacked XYG’s Shen Mengxi, helping KSG ace XYG and destroy a tower in the mid-lane. In the closing moments, KSG won a decisive team fight, bringing the score to 1:1.

KSG and XYG each won one game in the subsequent two rounds.

In the decisive last round, at 7 minutes, XYG killed KSG’s Shen Mengxi, but KSG fought back and took out four members of XYG. Just four minutes later, KSG invaded XYG’s base and won a decisive team fight, acing XYG and ultimately claiming victory in both the game and the match.

Losing to KSG, XYG has now suffered three consecutive losses this season.

In the match between WE and LGD, WE won the first two games thanks to the excellent performance of Bingran and Xianyu. However, LGD made a comeback by winning the next two rounds.

In the last game, at 17 minutes, WE expanded the gold gap to 7k. In a decisive team fight, WE killed LGD’s Jialuo and four other champions, securing a victory in both the game and the match 3:2.

In the match between MTG and VG, MTG dominated VG, winning all three games with a massive lead.
